The Regents of the University of California and all it's subsidiaries are granted a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license for use of these panoramas subject to the following restrictions:

• No modifications may be made to the works. (e.g. scaling, recompression, reformatting, cropping, alteration of the content, or incorporation into another work).
• This license applies only to direct web use. Specific permission must be obtained for any other use. (e.g. in print). The panoramas may not be re-licensed.
• The works are provided as-is. Specifically, no grantee of compatability, correctness, or suitability for any purpose is given.
• Any page including the works must contain text like the following, including the link:

  The word "Panorama" may be replaced with a suitable phrase for the context

That said, I will in general be happy to let you use these panoramas just about any way you want to. The sources are far higher res than what is available here (most are 16000x8000) and are available on request. If you would like a panorama captured of a particular place or event, I'm local and can usually show up given reasonable notice.
